SASCA was formed to enhance the integrity, relevance and standing of the profession of sports coaching, which will benefit athletes, participants and society by providing high performance service to our membership of sports coaching professionals.
They also regulate, recognize and ensure SASCA members are responsible and sign up to the Sports Coaching Charter to protect our athletes, sport coaches and citizens.

The HP division offers specialist sport specific testing, strength and conditioning, monitoring, programming and sport specific rehabilitation. These services are provided to University of Pretoria students, the general public, national federations and elite athletes alike.
The Institute strives to combine, structure and integrate existing unaddressed Sport Scientific and Biokinetics requirements incorporated within the training, service and research responsibility of the UP, with those of established or envisaged academic departments.
The Field Guides Association of Southern Africa (FGASA) provides educational opportunities to promote the conservation and rehabilitation of the cultural and natural heritage of Southern Africa. The CTFC’s vision is for the Western Cape’s fashion design sector to be nationally and globally recognised and desired for its uniqueness and excellence. The Council represents over 900 members including local fashion brands and industry stakeholders within the Clothing and Textiles value chain. The strategic goals of the CTFC are to provide initiatives that develop and support the fashion industry in the Western Cape as well as ensuring that local fashion designers access, maintain and grow their market share.
Key Programmes of the CTFC include a Fashion Industry Development Programme/to Facilitate and Provide Relevant Industry Information and Research/Facilitating Linkages with Key Industry Stakeholders to Invest in Emerging Talent/ Networking and Marketing to Increase Industry Visibility/Advocacy and policy evaluation and development.
The CTFC board was elected by industry stakeholders and it comprises of industry players within the Clothing and Textile value chain; including MediManufacturing, Retail, Education, Labour and Government representatives.
