The SAACB is affiliated to the IFCC. The membership of the association is open to scientists, technologists and medical personnel who have an interest in diagnostic clinical chemistry and chemical pathology. In addition, corporate membership is also available to any interested corporate bodies and companies. It represents radiographers in all four radiographic categories viz Diagnostic, Nuclear Medicine, Radiotherapy and Ultrasound. It is open to all radiographers, student radiographers and supplementary diagnostic radiographers who are registerable with the HPCSas well as organisations and institutions with a direct interest in the profession of radiography.
