T-SHAD established a self-help factory with various income-generating projects where people with disabilities can thrive and deliver a meaningful service to their community. Mountain Club of South Africa (MCSA)

The Mountain Club of South Africa (MCSA) was founded in 1891 in Cape Town, and is the only mountain club in Africa that is affiliated to the world mountaineering body, the UIAA. The MCSA offers mountaineering which includes climbing of all types and hiking opportunities to its members and is involved in mountain search and rescue, training, conservation of mountain areas and procurement of access for mountaineering. The Hot Dip Galvanizers Association Southern Africa (Est. 1965) is a not-for-profit entity furnishing advisory & inspection services, training, liaison with regulatory & standards authorities and compliance to standards. Founded in 1965, the Association’s primary objective is to develop and expand the market for hot dip galvanizing and duplex systems as cost effective corrosion control systems.

To further this aim, the Association provides training and information to end users, engineers, consultants, contractors, end-users, specifiers, designers and architects by way of courses, presentations, technical research papers, plant tours and by advisory involvement at the design stage of projects.
