Its mission is to nurture the growth in the industry and meet the challenges of an ever-changing environment in which Managing Agents operate, it has become necessary to adequately train professionals to effectively manage the affairs of communal housing schemes in addition, it is imperative that trustees and committees are better skilled and informed about their management and fiduciary responsibilities, relevant scheme development, and the advantages of employing a professional property manager.

Southern African Institute of Driving Instructors (SAIDI)

SAIDI was established in 1975 under the auspices of the National Road Safety Council, Traffic Safety, in order to place driver training on a co-ordinated basis and to professionalize and standardize the industry.

Since the inception, great strides forward have been made, and SAIDI is recognized by such bodies as the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), the Provincial Authorities, the Institute for Advanced Motorists of South Africa (IAM), the Automobile Association (AA) and the Department of Transport. Turnaround Management Association Southern Africa (TMASA)

The Turnaround Management Association (TMA) is the most professionally diverse organization in the corporate restructuring, renewal, and corporate health space. Established in 1988, TMA has almost 10,000 members in 54 chapters worldwide. Members include turnaround practitioners, attorneys, accountants, advisors, liquidators, consultants, as well as academic, government employees, and members of the judiciary.

The Turnaround Management Association (TMA) and its chapters value and seek diversity and inclusiveness in principle and in practice. TMA welcomes all industry professionals as members, leaders and participants consistent with the organization’s diversity values.
