Diabetes South Africa (DSA)

Diabetes SA has a National Office in cape Town and 7 branches around the country. Branches are run primarily by volunteers drawn from the ranks of the membership base. Our branches have a strong network through linkages with over 100 smaller local branches and diabetes wellness groups in South Africa.
Diabetes South Africa National Office is the central hub of the organisation. We process membership application forms, and control the national database of patients and members of Diabetes SA. All major events linked to Diabetes awareness is arranged and planned by National Office.

Alliance for Children’s Entitlement To Social Security (ACESS)

The Alliance for Children’s Entitlement to Social Security (ACESS) is an alliance of almost 1 000 children’s sector organisations, drawn from all nine provinces. They are rural and urban based, small and large. Members include community-based organisations, faith-based organisations, formal NGOs, social security service providers, academic institutions and other research bodies. All of them share a commitment to the realisation of a comprehensive, efficient and effective social security system in South Africa which is accessible to all poor children, and which provides their socio-economic rights as guaranteed in the South African Constitution.

This association was previously called the Building Industries Federation of South Africa (Bifsa) and is now called Master Builders South Africa (MBSA).MBSA is the leading national representative body in the building and construction industry in South Africa. It operates as Federation of registered employer Associations representing contractors and employers in the construction industry, and is regulated in terms of Section 107 of the Labour Relations Act 66 of 1995. The Federation’s nine Master Builders Associations, and three Affiliate Associations represent more than 4000 contractors and employers in the industry.
