Continue reading →Deaf Sport South Africa or DSSA is the national association of multi-code sports of Deaf people in South Africa. Founded in 2012 by Deaf people from 7 provinces namely Free State, KwaZulu Natal, North West, Gauteng, Eastern Cape, Limpopo and Western Cape.
The reason behind the formation of DSSA was the passion for a winning Deaf national team and integrating into hearing sport bodies thereby ensuring equal access to resources.
DSSA is a registered non-profit organisation (NPO) and Public Benefit Organisation (PBO).
The primary objective of the SA Friends of the Hebrew University (SAFHU) is to fundraise for research projects at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, in areas such as cancer research, Nano technology, advances in agriculture and more. Through the strides made in the above mentioned research, we aim to bring the developments back into the South African community.
