It was founded on humanitarian principles to serve and support needy people. It is also a public benefit organization under section 18A. We work with underprivileged children, youth, adults and pensioners at Glen Ridge low cost house and surrounding local informal settlements. Our services include five programmes namely: Home Based Care, Poverty Alleviation, Educational Awareness, Stress Relief Tours and Sports. Our objective are to keep away our young generation from streets, taking drugs and alcohol. To better understand the skills need in the construction industry CETA conducts research on the skills that employers need. CETA is responsible for identifying skills gaps and developing the education and training programmes that are appropriate to address the skills shortage in line with the skills needs of the construction industry.
