Alliance for Children’s Entitlement To Social Security (ACESS)
The Alliance for Children’s Entitlement to Social Security (ACESS) is an alliance of almost 1 000 children’s sector organisations, drawn from all nine provinces. They are rural and urban based, small and large. Members include community-based organisations, faith-based organisations, formal NGOs, social security service providers, academic institutions and other research bodies. All of them share a commitment to the realisation of a comprehensive, efficient and effective social security system in South Africa which is accessible to all poor children, and which provides their socio-economic rights as guaranteed in the South African Constitution.

De Nederlandsche Club te Kaapstad is in 1998 opgericht met als doel het bevorderen van de banden van personen in de West-Kaap, die een binding hebben met Nederland. In de West-Kaap verblijven naar schatting 10.000 personen van Nederlandse afkomst, die aldaar sedert langere tijd, meer recent of tijdelijk woonachtig zijn. De Club organiseert regelmatig activiteiten m.n. op sociaal, cultureel en sportief gebied. Als netwerk biedt de NCK voor haar leden ook een goed netwerk voor het uitwisselen van infomatie en ervaringen.

The organisation, which specialises in social crime prevention and offender reintegration, boasts a rich, unparalleled history in human rights, juvenile justice and innovative criminal justice reform. NICRO renders life changing services to approximately 12 000 to 15 000 direct beneficiaries and touches the lives of between 40 000 and 50 000 South Africans each year.
