The Association assists its members in liaising with public bodies such as the Deeds Office, the Master’s Office, the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission and the Courts. The Association also keeps its members abreast of any changes in the functioning of these bodies by sending information and circulars affecting members’ practices to them on a regular basis.

Turnaround Management Association Southern Africa (TMASA)

The Turnaround Management Association (TMA) is the most professionally diverse organization in the corporate restructuring, renewal, and corporate health space. Established in 1988, TMA has almost 10,000 members in 54 chapters worldwide. Members include turnaround practitioners, attorneys, accountants, advisors, liquidators, consultants, as well as academic, government employees, and members of the judiciary.
