The Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture Association of Africa (CMAAA) is a voluntary organisation dedicated to representing and advancing the interests of practitioners in the field, along with addressing education-related concerns.

Its mission is to enhance the well-being of all Africans by advocating for the Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture Profession in South Africa and fostering its growth throughout the continent.

The primary goal is to contribute to the improvement of public health in Africa through traditional healing practices.
