The Company was formally formed in 2016 January and registered with CIPC in 2019 under the registration number 2019/091601/08 to meet the requirements of SAQA. SAIME has a database of medico-legal experts and healthcare practitioners who are qualified in all medical disciplines. SAIME`s sole responsibility is to provide and source medico-legal experts who inter alia, provide expert opinions, evidence, joint minutes administration, and report writing. These health care practitioners are certified Medico-Legal Experts after completion of the training and they therefore take an oath of code of ethics and professionalism.

For this role, THO is considered a leader and an authority in the traditional healing sector.
