The mission of the Brahman Cattle Breeders Society is to maintain the breed standards, and to to promote benefits of the Brahman cattle breed to both established and prospective stock farmers. This Society is also known as “Brahman Beestelersgenootskap Van SA”.

The breeding of a Brahman which, under South African climatological conditions yields economical results due to its adaptability and efficient utilization of natural grazing and the total quality improvement of the breed.
