The Ratepayers Association of Musgrave Precinct NPC is a registered non-profit company located within eThekwini Municipality, Durban, Kwa-Zulu Natal, South Africa. We represent the interests of the ratepayers in Ward 31. We are non-religious, apolitical, and non-racial.
