The Professional Valuers Association was founded in 2003, as an association for registered professional property valuers in South Africa. The PVA is a recognised voluntary professional body, established in terms of the SA Council for the Property Valuers Profession (SACPVP) under the umbrella of the Built Environment Act of South Africa.
