The Traditional Health Practice Association of Southern Africa (THPASA) is a national, voluntary professional association for Traditional Health Practitioners (THPs) in South Africa.

THPASA exists to professionalise, organise, ethically govern, and represent Traditional Health Practice while protecting Indigenous Health Knowledge Systems (IHKS) and their cultural, spiritual, and community foundations. THPASA operates as an independent professional body, governed by its Constitution, and does not replace or usurp statutory authority.
