The Bargaining Council for the Furniture Manufacturing Industry of the South Western Districts (BCFMI) is a statutory body created under the Labour Relations Act (LRA) 66 of 1995 to provide for the co-regulation of stable and productive employment relations in the furniture manufactuting industry in the South Western districts.
