The Measurement & Verification Council Africa (MVCA) is an impartial organisation to benefit, govern and guide M&V professionals to the benefit, protection and advancement of the interests of all M&V stakeholders (including but not limited to AEE Chapters, ESCOs, financiers, etc.) across the African continent.
