The Iron and Steel Producers’ Association of South Africa represents employers engaged in the basic production of iron and/or steel and/or their alloys or rolling and/or drawing and/or finishing processes when associated and performed conjointly with the basic production of iron and steel and/or their alloys.

Federated Employers Organization of South Africa (FEOSA)

FEOSA’s officials have in-depth expertise and experience with regard to labour matters in various industries such as construction, road freight, motor, mining, retail, entertainment and agriculture and are involved in collective bargaining with some of the more prominent unions in the country.

FEOSA represents employers on a regular basis at CCMA and Bargaining Council level during conciliation, arbitration and collective bargaining and their representatives have earned the respect of all involved for the knowledgeable and professional manner in which they conduct themselves at all times.

Employers’ Organization of Mzanzi (EOM)

The Employers’ Organisation Mzanzi (also clled the Werkgewers Organisasie Mzansi) is an employers’ organisation which was formed and registered with the Registrar at the Department of Labour since 1997 under registration number (LR2/6/3/335) in order to create a collective body through which employers can have professional assistance and representation in terms of labour matters and dispute resolution.

Electrical Engineering & Allied Industries Association of South Africa (EEAIA)

The Electrical Engineering and Allied Industries Association is an employers associationfor the electrical engineering and allied industries in South Africa. The EEAIA was established in 1936 to promote the interests of individual members and that of the industry in general and it also acts as a common meeting ground for companies in the industry where knowledge, ideas and experience are exchanged and stimulated. It is federated to SEIFSA (the Steel and Engineering Industries Federation of Southern Africthe umbrella body for 27 independent employer associations which represent the diverse sectors constituting the metals and engineering industries today. These associations have a combined membership of close to 2 000 companies, which makes SEIFSA one of the largest and most influential employer federations in South Africrepresenting its member associations on a wide variety of business and other organisations critical to the success of the industry as a whole.

The EEAIA also represents the interests of member companies in all industry negotiations with the industry’s trade unions, not only on wages and other conditions of employment but also on the industry’s benefit funds which provide benefits to employees such as pensions, permanent disability and sick pay benefits.
