The CoGTA Ministry consists of the Department of Cooperative Governance (DCoG) and the Department of Traditional Affairs (DTA). The Municipal Demarcation Board (MDB), South African Local Government Association (SALGA) and South African Cities Network (SACN) are entities reporting to the CoGTA Minister. The Municipal Infrastructure Support Agent (MISA) reports to DCoG.The mission of CoGTA is to lead the Cooperative Governance system in support of intergrated planning and implementation across all spheres of government.
