Established in May 1949 by local enthusiasts, Green & Seapoint Anglers Club is conveniently situated to serve the needs of the bank angler in the greater Cape Town and surrounding areas. They are long standing members of the Western Province Freshwater and Bank Anglers Association.

South African Artificial Lure Angling Association (SALAA)

Also known as the Suid-Afrikaanse Kunsaashengel Vereniging (SAKHV), SAALAA is the official body for artificial lure angling in South Africa. SAALAA promote specie angling with artificial lures. Artificial lure angling presented by SAALAA is practiced, administered and promoted on a non-racial, non-political and democratic basis.
