Bargaining Council for the Contract Cleaning Services Industry (Kwazulu-Natal) (BCCCSI)
The BCCCSI aims to promote labour peace by means of a central negotiating forum for the negotiation and implementation of conditions of employment. It goes beyond the mere maintaining of labour peace. The Bargaining Council is also there to bring about a favourable, positive and constructive relationship between employers and employees.
