SAHPA is a membership-based association for hang-gliding and paragliding (including powered versions) in South Africa. We aim to promote, protect and administer free flying in South Africa. SAHPA is a non-profit, membership-based organisation with a mandate from the Civil Aviation Authority to oversee Paragliding, Hang-gliding (and powered versions thereof), as well as represent the interests of recreational pilots.
