Timber construction companies in South Africa may now apply to become members of the newly formed South African Institute of Timber Builders – SAITB with its head office in Somerset West, Cape Town and representatives in Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal, Eastern and Southern Cape.

The South African Institute of Timber Builders (SAITB) aims to ensure a substantially larger timber construction representative body in SA to better serve its members, clients, consumers, and related businesses.
