The CMA (Country Music Association) was unofficially established in South Africa in 1987. Since then until the mid 90’s Country Music flourished in S.Many artists evolved in and out of the CMA over the years, After the Music Farm closed down, a few shows were organised since then and a double CD was produced to help promote Country Artists. Then there was a dry spell for several years. Over the last years +- 2014 to current. Country Music began to rise up again and the time came for Country Artists and other entities affiliated with Country Music, to once more, receive recognition, assistance and growth in all areas of the business. We will forever be grateful to our Country Legends and Pioneers for making Country Music one of the greatest genres in South Africa.
