The SA Association for Clinical Biochemistry and Laboratory Medicine is dedicated to the promotion of Clinical Biochemistry and Chemical Pathology in Africa. The SAACB is affiliated to the IFCC. The membership of the association is open to scientists, technologists and medical personnel who have an interest in diagnostic clinical chemistry and chemical pathology. In addition, corporate membership is also available to any interested corporate bodies and companies. The Association provides a forum for intellectual and scientific interchange, is responsible for organising and contributing to the annual South African Pathology Congress and also makes available a number of educational awards to eligible individuals.

The SA Association for Laboratory Animal Science (SAALAS) is a non-profit organisation serving South African Scientists involved in the breeding, husbandry and welfare of laboratory animals, and also those individuals at secondary schools, tertiary educational institutions and state and privately owned research institutions using laboratory animals for teaching, research, the production of products and the testing thereof.

The SA Antique, Art & Design Association is steeped in history and tradition. Founded in 1963, it is the oldest association of its kind in South Africa. Keeping up with the ever-changing times, SAADA has evolved into the modern association it is today by including Modern and Contemporary Art, Design, and Jewellery into its portfolio. For us it is all about quality and authenticity.
